Privacy at Fontalic
This policy explains what information may be collected when you use Fontalic, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: 21 August 2026
You can use Fontalic’s basic font generator without creating an account. If you contact us, the information you choose to send may include your name, email address, message and any other details you include.
Please do not enter passwords, payment information, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information into the font generator or contact fields.
Like most websites, Fontalic and its hosting or analytics providers may receive technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps and interactions with website features.
This information helps us keep the website secure, understand which pages and tools are useful, diagnose technical problems and improve performance. It is generally used in aggregated or technical form rather than to identify you personally.
Fontalic may use cookies, local storage and similar browser technologies to remember preferences, support website functions, measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site. Your browser normally lets you block or delete cookies, although disabling them may affect some features.
Fontalic uses Google services, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to measure website activity and manage approved measurement tags. These services may process information such as device details, page visits, approximate location and interactions according to Google’s policies and the site’s configuration.
Google requires websites using Analytics to disclose its use and explain that Analytics collects and processes data. You can learn more from Google’s Analytics privacy disclosures, review Google’s Privacy Policy, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Fontalic may use Google advertising services or other advertising partners. When advertising is enabled, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and your consent or browser settings where applicable.
Google explains its advertising technologies and controls on its Advertising privacy page.
We may rely on hosting, analytics, security, email and other service providers to operate the website. They may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate misuse, enforce our terms or protect people, property and website security.
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, support, analytics and legal requirements. Retention periods can differ depending on the type of information and the service provider involved.
Fontalic is a general-audience website and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Fontalic, contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate steps.
You can limit cookies through your browser, use available Google privacy controls and avoid submitting optional personal information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information.
To make a privacy request, email hello@fontalic.com. We may need enough information to understand and verify the request before acting on it.
Fontalic links to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not this policy. Review their terms before providing personal information.
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest published version.
