Please read before using Fontalic
These terms explain what you can expect from Fontalic and the basic rules for using the website and its tools.

1. Using the website
You may use Fontalic’s public tools and informational pages for personal or business purposes, provided your use is lawful and does not harm the website, other users or third parties.
You must not try to break, overload, scrape at an unreasonable rate, reverse engineer or interfere with the website. Do not use Fontalic to create deceptive identities, impersonate another person, evade platform rules or distribute unlawful, abusive or malicious material.
2. What the generator provides
Fontalic creates text using Unicode characters, symbols and related transformations. Most results are copy-and-paste characters, not font files installed on your device.
We do not guarantee that every result will display correctly in every browser, operating system, device, game or social platform. Third-party services can block, replace or render characters differently, and their rules may change without notice. Test important text before relying on it.
3. Accessibility and important information
Decorative characters can be difficult for screen readers, search tools and some users to interpret. Do not rely on styled text alone for passwords, safety information, legal notices, account recovery details or other critical communication. Plain text is usually the safer choice.
4. Your text and responsibility
You are responsible for the words, names and symbols you enter and for how you use the generated output. Make sure you have any rights or permissions needed for your intended use. Fontalic does not approve, monitor or take responsibility for text that users create outside the website.
5. Trademarks and third-party names
Pages may refer to apps, platforms, games, films, brands, type styles or other names to describe compatibility or the kind of result a visitor is seeking. Those names may belong to their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated, Fontalic is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners. A generated style is not an official brand asset and should not be presented as one.
6. Website content
The Fontalic website design, original explanations and original tool code may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use generated output, but you may not copy substantial parts of the website, reproduce our pages as your own service or remove ownership notices from Fontalic material.
Unicode characters themselves do not require a special licence from the Unicode Consortium. That does not give permission to copy third-party font files, artwork, trademarks or other protected material.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep the site useful and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may fix, change, limit or retire a feature when needed for quality, security or maintenance. We may also update these terms. The effective date above will show the latest published version.
8. No warranties
Fontalic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted access, universal character support, fitness for a particular purpose or results on third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fontalic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, generated text, unavailable features or the actions of third-party platforms.
