Type your name • Compare lettering • Save PNG

These are typeface previews, not your unique handwritten signature or a document-signing service. Save the name image to preserve its appearance.

Add an optional contact line below. Its characters stay unchanged.

Kept as ordinary text so people can read and use it.

The PNG contains the name only. Contact details copy separately.

A sign-off people can still contact

Start with the name you actually use when writing to someone. Maya Bennett gives a cleaner comparison than an entire email footer squeezed into one decorative line.

Compare six presentation choices at the size of an email footer. The five named faces are licensed font previews, and the sixth adds a simple underline to Sacramento. Leave your role, email address and website in the contact field so it remains easy to read and reuse.

Save name PNG keeps the chosen lettering on a transparent background. Copy contact line takes the readable details separately. Keep your name in ordinary text somewhere in the message too, so it is available when the image is not shown.

Put the name in Gmail

In Gmail on a computer, open Settings, choose See all settings and find Signature. Insert the name image and paste your contact text below it. Set the signature for new messages or replies, then save your changes. Gmail signature instructions.

Send yourself a test message before using it regularly. Check the name, line break and contact address in the received email, not only in the editor.

When the exact pen strokes matter

A scan or drawing preserves the shape of your own handwritten mark. A typeface supplies a designed set of letters. Choose the first route when the personal handwriting is the point.

Signature questions, answered

Can I use this as my Gmail signature?

Insert the saved name image in Gmail’s signature editor and add the contact text below it. Check a received test email before relying on the appearance.

Will this recreate my handwritten signature?

No. It renders the name you type in a selected typeface. It does not learn or trace your pen strokes.

Does this tool sign a PDF or a contract?

No. It creates decorative text for a sign-off. There is no document upload, identity check or signing workflow.

Should I turn my email address into script too?

Keep the address in the plain contact line. Recipients need to recognise, select and use it without deciphering decorative letters.
