A font generator doesn't change your font. It replaces each letter with a separate Unicode character that already looks styled, such as 𝐀 (Mathematical Bold A) instead of A. Phones and computers already include these characters, so they appear wherever you paste them.
Most styles come from the Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block of the Unicode Standard. Others use small capitals, enclosed letters or combining marks.
