What font does the Pokemon logo use?
The familiar Pokemon wordmark is custom lettering, not a standard font installed on computers. Fan-made options such as Pokemon Solid and Pokemon Hollow approximate the shapes.
Fontalic uses an open-license display-font base with original outlines, depth, color and curve controls. This produces a recognizable fan-project style without claiming to be the official typeface.

What font is used in the Pokemon logo?

Can I download the text with a transparent background?

What is the difference between solid and hollow lettering?
Solid lettering uses a filled center plus an outline. Hollow lettering removes the fill and keeps the outlined letter shape, which works well over colored backgrounds.
Can I copy and paste the logo-style text into Instagram or Discord?
The logo-style result is an image, so its colors and outline cannot be preserved as pasted text. Use the Copy & Paste Names tab for Unicode styles that work in many profile, caption and message fields.
